Apparently these are the Things You Do to get over depression:
1. Get outside
2. Aerobic exercise
3. Omega-3 fatty acids
4. Sleep
5. Socialize
6. Watch your thinking!
Hands up if you can see the inherent problem here ...
I personally vote for 'shitload of drugs, and move somewhere where I could socialise. But I fancy that falls under the aegis of #6.
And, in re #4, if I slept any more than I already do, I would be dead, and that would be that. Note my willpower in not making the obvious emo-girl comment apropos of this. Yay the fuck me.
